Tawny believes yoga is for every body, age, and ability and that yoga practice and principles help lead us to overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 in southern France, with a focus on managing chronic pain. In 2021, she earned a 300-hour Yoga Personal Trainer certification, where she learned to develop custom yoga programs. Tawny’s experience includes pranayama (breath work) and chair, gentle, vinyasa, and restorative styles. She also teaches women’s self-defense and loves cooking fresh, (mostly) healthy meals from scratch.
