Find a welcoming space, manageable class pacing, and lots of support as you learn to fall in love with the benefits of yoga. “New moons” are about beginning new cycles, planting new seeds, and setting intentions for the next cycle. Curious to understand how you might be able to take full advantage of the power of this lunation? This monthly class begins with a brief explanation on the meaning of the current month’s new moon, followed by reflections to set your intentions, and an energizing warm yoga flow. Participants are invited to bring a journal and something to write with (if desired). This yoga class is offered as part of your membership or on a ‘drop-in’ basis (no membership required!). Full moons are about releasing what no longer serves us, and realizing what we may need to part with each month when this luminary phase comes around.
