As a former collegiate athlete, Krista was originally drawn to yoga to supplement her traditional strength and conditioning work-out routine. Following a move to a new city and the global pandemic, Krista found home in deepening her yoga practice. Krista aspires to create an uplifting class environment focused on functional movements, mindfulness, and the secret ingredient, FUN!  Krista truly believes yoga is a lifestyle that allows for mind, body, heart, and spiritual transformation – she is thrilled to spread light and love to the PNY community!
