WARM FLOW AND YIN YOGA

Spend part of class in a flow practice, connecting breath to movement and increasing overall flexibility and strength. The other portion of class is spent in grounding yin postures, which are held longer and designed to open the dense connective tissues of the body. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

HOT POWER YOGA

Enjoy a vigorous approach to flow yoga! Class focuses on alignment and breath, and is designed to build strength and endurance in body and mind. Less modifications are provided. All levels are welcome, and a basic familiarity with yoga poses is encouraged. Class is taught in a hot room (95°F+).

Yin Yang is an invitation to be equally present in movement and stillness. Enjoy grounding flow sequences and moments of deep quiet. Taught in a warm, cozy setting this class has the added benefit of essential oils (optional) and is ideal for those seeking balance in effort and ease. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

Built for beginners, this class includes breathing techniques and appropriate flow yoga sequences. Find a welcoming space, manageable class pacing, and lots of support as you learn to fall in love with the benefits of yoga. This class is best for beginners, those healing from an injury, or those wanting a very user-friendly practice filled with guidance and encouragement. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

NEW MOON FLOW SPECIALTY COMMUNITY CLASS

“New moons” are about beginning new cycles, planting new seeds, and setting intentions for the next cycle. Curious to understand how you might be able to take full advantage of the power of this lunation? This monthly class begins with a brief explanation on the meaning of the current month’s new moon, followed by reflections to set your intentions, and an energizing warm yoga flow. Participants are invited to bring a journal and something to write with (if desired). This yoga class is offered as part of your membership or on a ‘drop-in’ basis (no membership required!). Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

Full moons are about releasing what no longer serves us, and realizing what we may need to part with each month when this luminary phase comes around. Curious to explore its monthly impact on your life? This monthly class begins with a brief explanation on the specific meaning of the current month’s Full moon, followed by reflections to set your intentions, and a yin based yoga practice. Participants are invited to bring a journal and something to write with (if desired), as well as cozy clothing layers.
