Jess took her first yoga yoga class in 2017 and hasn’t left the mat since! She loves sharing her practice and her love of yoga with her students, while providing a safe space for them to be seen. Jess loves giving hands on assists, creating fun playlists, and utilizing the power of breath work. She is trained in the Baptiste/Power style, so you can expect to build strength and endurance in her classes, with fun arm balances along the way!
